Lose It! allows you to create a free account, but if you want to enjoy all of the features that this health web app has to offer, then you might want to consider the paid accounts. The app is very easy to use and you are able to register the calories you consume and your exercises.
You can register what you had for breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks and Exercises. You can register how many cups you had, how many slices you consumed and how many tablespoons you had. On the side you will also see the calories the foods you ate had.
Before you completely register, the apps asks what your current weight is and what your ideal weight is. It also asks you how many pounds you want to lose a week and after that it shows you the calories you can consume daily in order to achieve your goal. On the upper right hand corner you will see the calories you have consumed in a day and how many you can still consume.
You will also see that the app has a section on Goals, Community, Challenges, Insights, Forums, Apps & Devices. When you add an exercise, you can obviously add aerobics, but it also allows you to add sports. If you can´t find the sport you are looking for, the pp allows you to search for it in its data base.
