Do you know which Windows programs and Apps will not be in Windows 10?,..
Every time something is updated, it is logical to think that there are going to be programs and apps that are going to be replaced for apps and programs that are ¨supposedly¨better. In Windows latest upgrade to Windows 10 there are some apps and programs that will be eliminated and that we will just have to get use to not seeing. Which ones are they?
The Applications and Programs Eliminated in Windows 10
#1 Windows Media Center. ¨Hated¨ by so many and only ¨tolerated¨ by others, the controversial multimedia tools from Windows will not be in Windows 10 and will be replaced by Spotify.
#2 Desktop Gadgets. If you are used to using the desktop gadgets, now that you will have the option to upgrade from Windows 7 or 8 to Windows 10, looks like it is something that you will have to learn how to live without.
#3 DVD Player. Windows 10 will not include any native DVD player, so it looks like we are going to have to download a software for this job. I use la new version of VLC.
#4 OneDrive. The app OneDrive from Windows Live Essentials is another app that will be replaced by a new version of Inbox from OneDrive.
#5 Drivers. Some of the drivers that automatically came with Windows 7 and 8 will no longer be available in Windows 10. For example we will no longer see drivers that would allow us to connect a floppy dics (Whaaaat?!…what`s a floppy disc? You might be asking yourself if you are not over the age of 20. If you want a long definition of what a floppy disc is, you can always count on Wikipedia, but if you want a direct and quick definition. A floppy disk is those square plastic thing with a metal circle in the middle that would only allow you to store 512Mb of content, JA!)
#6 Internet Explorer. Even though Internet Explorer will not be eliminated in Windows 10, fortunately this old and hated Windows browser will be replaced with a new one in Windows 10, that promises to be safe and functional. Microsoft has decided to call it Spartan.
#7 Games. Even though I don´t think that there is still anyone of the face of the planet that still plays these games, but those who can´t let go of the past will have to say goodbye to games such as Solitaire, Minesweeper and Hearts.
This classics will be replaced with newer versions called Microsoft Solitaire and Microsoft Minesweeper. Even though they are similar, they will have their difference with the ones that have accompanied Microsoft for the last 30 years.
The change can be tough since many are already use to using this apps and programs. The games are probably part of their daily routine and now they will have to get use to their absence.
