There are some new notebooks in town and they just happen to be a part of the Satellite P700 Series Line. Each new model has it own model number and is different in their own little way. The models are the P745, that has a 14 Inch Display, the 15.6-inch P755 and the 3D-capable version P755 3D, and if bigger is better for you then there is always the P775 17.3-incher.
Specifications for the Toshiba Satellite P700 Series Notebooks
You can either choose to have your Toshiba Satellite P700 feature Intel Core i3, i5, and i7, or an AMD A6 Fusion processor. You can also choose between the Nvidia GeForce GT 540M dedicated GPUs and Optimus switchable graphics, Intel Wireless Display (WiDi) technology, Blu-ray drives, and 4G WiMAX mobile broadband modules. These P700 models also feature 750GB of storage, Harman/Kardon stereo speakers with Dolby sound, isle-style keyboards, USB 3.0, and HDMI. The Satellite P755 3D also features a 15.6-inch 120Hz 3D screen, powered by Nvidia 3D Vision technology and you even get a pair of active shutter glasses. All models have platinum-colored Fusion X2 finish.
Price and Availability for the Toshiba Satellite P700 Series Notebooks
If you are looking into getting the most basic model available then you are looking for the Satellite P745 and with its basic configuration, it is going to set you back US$700. Then there is the P755 and P755 3D, that have a price tag of US$630 and US$1,200, respectively. Toshiba’s Satellite P775 will also have a base price of $629.99. The release date for the notebooks is on June 21.
